‘Lover’s Jump is a well-acted short film, starring up-and-coming actors Laurence Fuller and Holly Clark, and directed by Mark McCombe.
The pace is spot on for the subject matter, and the scenery is excellent; quiet, calm, but fairly drab, and this fits the film perfectly.
It’s a very good drama, with a good twist, which lets the viewer make the most of the excellent (but suitably foreboding) musical score to decide what happened, rather than spell it out.
